At Planted Deeply, each order is created and packaged with great care. Because many items are made to order, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. My desire is always for you to love your purchase, and I will do my best to make things right if an issue arises.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Digital downloads
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so that I can assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, I will gladly work with you to replace the item or provide an appropriate solution.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please reach out and I will gladly help.

Where are your products printed?

All products are printed locally in Columbia, South Carolina.

If I purchase a digital product, where do you recommend I print it?

I recommend supporting a trusted local printer whenever possible. Other printing options include Nations Photo Lab, FedEx, Easy Canvas Print (for canvas prints), and VistaPrint.

What portion of your sales goes toward global missions?

10% of every purchase directly supports our partner missionary and ongoing Bible translation and church planting efforts in Central America.

How soon will my order ship?

I strive to get your goods to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me. I will do everything I can to make it happen. Expedited shipping options may also be available upon request.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

If your order has not yet shipped, I am happy to update the shipping address for you. Simply send me an email as soon as possible.

If your order is already in transit, unfortunately I am unable to make changes once it has shipped. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to package refusal or an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Are frames included with art prints?

Frames are not included unless otherwise stated in the product description.

How will I receive my digital download?

Digital downloads are delivered electronically after purchase. You will receive an email with download instructions shortly after checkout.

Do you offer custom design services?

Yes! I offer custom design work for select projects. Please fill out this form to get started.

Do you offer bulk pricing or wholesale?

Yes! Bulk pricing is available for larger orders. Please send me an email for more information.

Can your artwork or digital downloads be used commercially?

All artwork and digital downloads are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed commercially.
